Often when I print I leave my trays open for some days and then print again but the life of the chemistry don’t get very long diluted in open trays. Maybe this is common knowledge but I was thinking today that if I put one tray in the one with chemistry that would work as a floating lid. Not 100% air tight but it should slow down the oxidation. I’m going in the darkroom tomorrow for some printing and I will start with this method and see if it makes sense, I have trays to spare so it will be a good test.
